All our products are made from 100% nylon material, which makes all our items water resistant and easily cleaned.

How should I clean my Elephant product?

We recommend using some warm soapy water (and some elbow grease!!) to keep you Elephant product looking good.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Laser and Paypal, we also accept cheques, postal orders and bank drafts, please forward payment and your order to our offices.

Will I need to sign for the parcel when it is delivered?

Yes, all items are delivered by DPD courier and will need to be signed for.

I am not in during the day, where will my goods be left?

All items need to be signed for. We advise you to get the goods sent to your work address or sent to someone who will be in during the day.

What is the "Cooling Off" period?

The “cooling off” period is a period you have as an online consumer in which to make up your mind if you want the goods or not. By law, you have seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods in which you can cancel the contract. You do not have to have a reason to cancel – a simple change of mind is enough.

How do I return an item?

Please call 1890 252 798 to arrange a return. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, is unopened and in a resalable condition. Damaged or faulty products need to be immediately brought to our attention.
